About the role
The incumbent will be responsible to support the identification, design, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives across CIBG Operations (UAE and IBG Locations) to enhance efficiency, control, customer experience, and operational scalability.
What you'll do
- Support end-to-end delivery of strategic digital transformation and automation initiatives across CIBG Operations, ensuring achievement of business objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, resource plans, and delivery schedules to ensure projects are executed within agreed scope, timelines, budget
- Establish and enforce robust project governance, including steering committee updates, status reporting, decision logs, risk reviews, stakeholder communications
- Manage project change control processes, ensuring all scope changes, enhancement requests, and project deviations are appropriately assessed, approved, documented
- Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of digital solutions by collaborating with Business, Technology, Compliance, CX
