About the role
The Open Finance Cloud Data Solutions team is looking for a Data Engineer II to help build and support scalable data products and platforms that power analytics, reporting, and business insights across Mastercard. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and enjoys solving complex technical problems.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and support data pipelines and data products on modern cloud data platforms
- Partner with engineering, BI, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable data solutions
- Build and maintain data transformations, data models, and reporting datasets
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the performance and reliability of production data processes
- Contribute to data governance, data quality, and documentation standards
