What you'll do
- Support the definition and execution of the AI product roadmap for Payment Performance Intelligence
- Own delivery of assigned AI product areas end to end, from discovery and requirements through development, launch, and post-launch iteration
- Help identify and validate high-value use cases for GenAI, chatbots, agentic services, predictive insights, and self-service analytics
- Translate customer needs, market inputs, and business objectives into clear user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Work day to day with Data Science, Engineering, and Platform teams to groom the backlog, unblock dependencies, and maintain sprint velocity
