The Data Governance and Control team is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing services team, driving a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement
- Provide strategic and technical leadership across applications, systems, and development methodologies, including designing scalable
- Participate and lead feature planning, scoping, estimation and execution to ensure clear priorities, efficient delivery, and alignment with business objectives
- Serve as a senior technical resource, mentoring engineers, guiding development best practices, and elevating overall team capability
- Drive the scaling and automation of data platforms and processes across cloud and on-prem environments, with strong expertise in databases, data warehousing
