Be part of the Decision Products UI team developing new capabilities for MasterCard's Decision Management Platform, which serves as the core for multiple business solutions to combat fraud and validate cardholder identity.

- Formally supervises, coaches, and develops a work group/team
- Manage and lead 2 scrum teams, driving best practices and culture into the team ways-of-working
- Conduct effective 1:1s with team
- Demonstrate a customer-first approach
