About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Accountant to lead and manage the accounting operations within our Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of accounting activities, supporting both corporate and statutory reporting requirements.
What you'll do
- Responsible for preparing and reviewing General Ledger reconciliations and journal entries as part of month-end close activities
- Review Cash and sub-ledger transactions, perform foreign exchange (FX) analysis, and variance analysis to support accurate financial adjustments
- Understand the financial impacts and intricate accounting treatments, ensuring strict compliance with regulations, laws, and reporting standards
- Support reporting activities preparing various reports, scorecards and dashboards etc
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and handles process improvements, escalations, and BAU tasks
