What you'll do
- Lead and own revenue assurance review projects to identify billing leakages and ensure billing completeness and accuracy
- Working with billing on understanding rules, determining if there are any billing issues, working through the back billing, and working through system fixes
- Understand and validate billing logic by recreating billing from core systems and comparing it with actual billed amounts
- Support risk-based prioritization plans for revenue stream reviews based on materiality, business inputs, and new initiatives
- Perform financial analysis to estimate revenue impact at customer and country levels and support recovery decisions
