About the role

The Infrastructure Engineering team is looking for a Senior Platform Architect to lead the design and evolution of secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise infrastructure platforms that power Mastercard's critical business services. The ideal candidate is a strategic technology leader with deep expertise in enterprise architecture, infrastructure engineering, and cloud technologies.

What you'll do

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of highly available, scalable, and secure enterprise infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid
• Partner with Engineering, Network, Security, Cloud, Database, Middleware, Product
• Drive infrastructure solution delivery from initial business engagement through architecture reviews, financial approvals, procurement, implementation
• Design resilient networking, application delivery, and security architectures utilizing enterprise technologies including load balancing, web application firewalls
• Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives focused on automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), platform standardization, performance optimization, resiliency
