About the role
We are seeking a Senior Specialist, HR Services – Global Mobility (GBSC) to support end-to-end delivery of mobility services within a centralized shared services model. This role is responsible for managing complex global mobility cases, ensuring compliance and policy adherence, and driving operational excellence across relocation, global immigration, and assignment processes.
What you'll do
- Manage complex, non-standard, and high-risk mobility cases across relocation, immigration, and assignment programs
- Support global mobility programs including relocation, immigration, international assignments, and policy-driven employee moves
- Deliver a high-quality employee experience by providing clear guidance on policies, processes, and mobility programs
- Ensure consistent application of policies across regions while managing exceptions and non-standard scenarios
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution across the employee lifecycle and global transitions
