About the role
As a Transfer Agency Operations Manager, you will lead cash and trade processing for Citi's EMEA and APAC clients, acting as the operations subject matter expert for Transfer Agency services delivered from the Gurgaon Client Service Centre. This role offers the opportunity to shape process efficiency and support organizational change across a critical global operations function.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end Transfer Agency operations for Citi's EMEA and APAC clients from the Gurgaon Client Service Centre, covering AML name screening
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 operations professionals, managing performance, identifying training needs, and guiding hiring, promotion, and pay decisions
