What you'll do
- Supports new syndicated and/or asset-based finance deal origination by drafting pitch materials that incorporate analysis of capital structure, credit profile
- Leads the preparation of market comparable; supports the deal team by preparing initial due diligence lists, deal pre-screen presentations
- Supports the execution of lead-arranged transactions by preparing marketing materials (e.g., Confidential Information Memorandums, lender presentations)
- Research and tracks loan market conditions, focusing on the Middle Market/Mid-Corporate segment of the Loan Market
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup
