About the role
You will own full stack development across the software lifecycle, applying Core Java, Spring, ReactJS, and modern CI/CD practices to deliver secure, high-performing solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape system design, mentor junior engineers, and work directly with business stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges.
What you'll do
- Design and build full stack application solutions, guiding new and enhanced systems from feasibility studies through complete lifecycle delivery
- Lead each phase of the development process, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation, while providing ongoing operational support to business users
- Analyze complex technical and business problems to evaluate system performance against industry standards and recommend practical solutions
- Develop and implement security measures based on post-implementation reviews to strengthen system design and functionality
- Partner with clients and technology teams to resolve issues and deliver advanced programming solutions for customer-facing systems
