About the role
As a Senior Lead Data Governance Analyst, you will shape how Citi manages operational risk, data, and technology across its Operational Risk Management organization. You will partner with stakeholders across the Chief Data Office, risk leads, and technology teams to build durable data governance programs that reduce operational losses and strengthen control environments.
What you'll do
- Establish and oversee operational risk policies, governance processes, and technology tools that reduce losses from control gaps and emerging risks
- Assess risks independently and address the root causes behind recurring operational risk losses by challenging existing and proposed practices
- Lead cross-functional data governance programs in partnership with the Chief Data Office, risk leads, technology teams, and program management teams
- Apply artificial intelligence capabilities to standardize data insights and strengthen risk reporting
- Define the scope, strategy, and success criteria for operational risk data governance initiatives
