About the role
RES governance lead accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s), integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area, and contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how Real Estate Services function collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function.
What you'll do
- Ensure that all RES standards, procedure, and processes are compliant with the Citigroup corporate rules and standards as well as external regulations
- Execute other responsibilities and activities defined in RES Organizational Rules and Regulations
- Ensure that each unit manager has a properly trained back-up or a back-up potential "in-training" within the unit
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup
- Manage space and occupancy data across all sites within the Archibus platform, always ensuring accuracy and completeness
