About the role
We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Vice President – Fixed Income Product Owner to take end-to-end ownership of the Fixed Income (FI) Book of Work . In this critical leadership role, you will define and execute the strategic product roadmap across Post-Trade Processing, specifically focusing on Fixed Income Settlement, Confirmation, and Regulatory Reporting .
What you'll do
- Product Strategy & Book of Work Ownership
- Take full end-to-end accountability for defining, prioritizing, and delivering the Fixed Income Post-Trade Book of Work
- Formulate a multi-year product roadmap aligned with organizational goals, regulatory imperatives, and operational efficiency targets
- Translate complex business problems into clear product epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable business outcomes
- Manage capacity and budget allocations across development pods, optimize resource utilization and release velocity
