Full Stack Developer AVP

About the role

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

What you'll do

• Engage in the full application development lifecycle, from analysis and design to construction, testing, and implementation
• Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to analyze complex issues and provide evaluations of business and system processes
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for senior stakeholders and other team members
• Operate with a high degree of independence and autonomy
• Mentor and coach new or lower-level analysts
