About the role
As a Fund Accounting Specialist, you will calculate and deliver accurate Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for a global portfolio of capital markets clients. Working within Citi's Transaction Control team, you will partner with colleagues across North America, EMEA, and APAC to reconcile fund positions, resolve valuation exceptions, and strengthen the controls that protect client assets.
What you'll do
- Calculate and deliver accurate, timely daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for assigned fund clients
- Review stock and cash reconciliations to confirm exceptions carry no NAV impact and resolve cleared items appropriately
- Analyze recurring reconciliation exceptions and recommend process improvements to reduce future valuation errors
- Confirm corporate actions are accurately reflected in NAV calculations
- Gather and analyze operational and client management information to support reporting and decision-making
