About the role
As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you will own the technical architecture and delivery quality of applications across Citi's Corporate Tax technology portfolio. You will set the direction for frontend frameworks like React and backend services built in Java and Spring Boot, while guiding a team of developers toward consistent engineering standards.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and technical evolution of applications spanning frontend frameworks such as React and backend microservices built with Java and Spring Boot
- Guide Oracle SQL and PL/SQL data modeling, performance tuning, and schema optimization for high-volume data processing
- Direct containerization and deployment strategy using Kubernetes and OpenShift to ensure application scalability and stability
- Establish testing, code quality, and automation standards that are embedded into everyday development workflows
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers and QA engineers across the team
