About the role
The Senior Technology Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end software development, architecture, delivery, and support of enterprise applications. This role combines deep expertise in Java, microservices architecture, database optimization, and emerging AI technologies to build scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead the complete Software Development Life Cycle including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native technologies
- Drive architecture decisions focused on scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability
- Lead AI-enabled initiatives and collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI-assisted automation, analytics
- Evaluate and leverage AI tools, GenAI platforms, LLM integrations, vector databases, and AI development frameworks where appropriate
