About the role
Proven experience with Oracle ERP Applications across implementation, support and enhancement type of projects. Experience/Familiarity with a Supply Chain Operations organization is preferred, but not required. Production support functional query handling for complex production issues, work with cross functional teams to progress/resolve on a timely basis, ensure adherence of SLAs.
What you'll do
- Resolve and perform root cause analysis on complex Production Support Issues Partners with business to understand their requirement needs
- Create / Update training material as and when needed
- Ensure procedural documents are up-to-date
- Participate in User Acceptance testing (UAT) as needed
- Work on complex production support queries and provide timely resolution for tickets, both Incidents and Requests
