The Software Asset Management (SAM) Lead – India Technology Center (MTIC) serves as the senior operational and functional lead supporting Mattel’s global Software Asset Management capability.
What you'll do
- SAM Service Leadership & Operational Continuity
- Serve as the senior day-to-day operational lead for the MTIC SAM service
- Support execution of the global SAM operating model, governance framework, service standards, priorities, and controls
- Coordinate operational workload across the MTIC SAM team while remaining actively engaged in SAM service delivery
- Participate in the shared SAM request queue and independently resolve or appropriately route software licensing, entitlement, compliance, optimization
