Application Engineer

About the role

As an Application Engineer specializing in Battery Management System (BMS) for Electric Vehicle applications, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and optimal performance of our BMS solutions. You will leverage your expertise in EV electronics, embedded systems, and communication protocols to support the development and deployment of innovative BMS solutions.

What you'll do

• Work closely with customers throughout the integration journey, from initial onboarding to troubleshooting, and guarantee successful BMS adoption in their EV applications
• Utilize your expertise in embedded system engineering and digital/analog electronics to design, develop
• Engage in requirement elicitation and technical negotiation to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable design specifications for BMS solutions
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including R&D, engineering, and product management teams, to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulations, including ISO26262, UL standards, and AIS, to ensure compliance and adherence to quality benchmarks
