About the role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Quality Manager to lead and drive the overall Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving quality standards and processes to ensure product quality, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Develop, implement and maintain quality control systems, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's products meet or exceed customer requirements
- Ensure the company is compliant with all relevant quality standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements
- Manage a team of quality control technicians, providing direction, training and support as necessary
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality control systems and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyze and report on quality metrics, including customer complaints and non-conformance data, to drive continuous improvement
