About the role
You will supervise all other finance staff, work closely with the CXOs & and will be a part of the Leadership Team.
What you'll do
- Managing accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of company's financial, secretarial requirements
- Take ownership and responsibility of 100% compliance with various financial, legal and corporate requirements across multiple countries
- Be the owner of our annual budgets, financial targets and hold teams accountable to meet them
- Build, deploy and improve systems & control for spending, capital allocation, forecasting, annual budgeting
- Overlook legal contracts, co-ordinate with lawyers for our redline and represent the company in legal negotiation with potential customers & suppliers
