About the role
This role consolidates existing guild leadership under one accountable owner, translating global product and architecture direction set by the CTO (Netherlands) into an execution roadmap for India. This role will be reporting to the CTO directly. You will be expected to build a scalable, high-performing, AI-augmented engineering culture and act as the senior-most technology voice on the ground in Pune.
What you'll do
- Technology strategy & architecture
- Execute & Implement architecture direction, technical debt strategy, and platform scalability across the backend, frontend and testing stacks
- Partner with the CTO to translate global product and architecture strategy into an India execution roadmap
- Make build-vs-buy and platform investment calls for the India engineering organisation
