About the role
We are seeking an experienced Data Access Governance Lead to join our Global Data Governance team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating McCain’s enterprise-wide data access governance framework, ensuring the right people have the right access to the right data at the right time.
What you'll do
- Define and maintain enterprise data access governance policies, standards, and RBAC frameworks aligned to data classification and sensitivity levels
- Design and govern role and entitlement models that align business responsibilities with appropriate data access rights while minimizing access sprawl
- Ensure access governance frameworks adhere to segregation-of-duties and least-privilege principles
- Partner with data platform, engineering, and security teams to implement access controls across enterprise data platforms, data lakes, analytics platforms
- Establish and oversee access request, approval, provisioning, and de-provisioning processes
