About the role
We are seeking a high-performing AI Engineering & Software Manager to lead the execution, deployment, and operationalization of Artificial Intelligence solutions across the enterprise. This role combines deep software engineering expertise, advanced AI/ML knowledge, and strong delivery leadership to drive the successful development, deployment, and scaling of AI-powered products and platforms.
What you'll do
- Bridge software engineering, Generative AI frameworks, MLOps, and enterprise operations, ensuring that AI solutions are secure, scalable, reliable
- Lead high-performing technical teams, partner across functions, and establish engineering excellence for production-grade AI systems
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from ideation and prototyping through deployment, operationalization, and production scaling
- Drive the transformation of manual and process-intensive workflows into intelligent, automated, AI-enabled solutions with measurable business impact
- Design, engineer, and deploy reusable foundational AI capabilities, including containerized models, adaptation workflows, optimization frameworks
