About the role
This position acts as the primary liaison to business workstream leaders and uses in-depth knowledge of our applications and tools to facilitate the optimization of business unit performance by enhancing the alignment between business process and information technology.
What you'll do
- Business Relationship Management – Primary liaison to business workstream leader to define solution, address business objectives
- Works with respective Business Relationship Director to develop IT LTP in area of expertise
- Seeking constant improvement opportunities and appropriately challenges processes, streamline and optimize business and/or IT processes while maximizing effectiveness
- May serve as project functional leader, team member or IT Project Manager on multiple applications, technology projects and strategic planning initiatives
- May work with Solution Architecture team to define system requirements
