About the role
Serve as legal advisor and day-to-day counsel for the global Supply Chain Management (SCM) function including claims management.
What you'll do
- Align with the strategic vision for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team and the Sustainability and Governance (S&G) team
- Review and manage projects related supply chain claims and coordinate with legal & Contracts Management
- Implement and execute proactive legal policies to minimize risk and protect the organization
- Draft prime contract flow down requirements into vendor subcontracts, purchase orders or existing MSAs
- Draft, review, negotiate and approve vendor purchase orders, supply orders and subcontracts
