About the role
We are seeking an HR Program Management Intern to help provide an optimized employee experience, increase operational efficiency, and enable greater workforce capacity by transforming and simplifying People processes and systems. Be in the process of receiving a Masters degree in Human Resources, or related fields
What you'll do
- Be paired with a mentor, who will support you throughout your internship
- Get to work in meaningful & real-world projects right from the beginning, helping with presentations and documentation
- Collaborate with other HR COEs, HR Leaders, Finance, HRIS, and stakeholders, taking learning opportunities that will arise every single day

- MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in May until July
