About the role
Under direct supervision, generate and distribute the standard report suite to the customer and sales organizations, managing feedback at a global level.
What you'll do
- Create, develop, and maintain relationships with sales teams and customers
- Develop basic reports and queries for sales representative. Measure the trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of distribution KPIs
- Provide reports to sales and the customer identifying contract price changes and price miss-alignments
- Provide information to the customer and the sales team identifying information to review in order to ensure inventory is aligned with customer utilization
- Provide issue resolution in the following areas (not limited to): inventory surplus, backorders
