About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Analyst, to join our Corporate Finance team. This position requires knowledge of the Payroll Operation & support the Shared Service center. The Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
What you'll do
- Audit payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies before final submission
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity in HRIS and payroll systems
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax with professionalism and accuracy
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports (tax filings, compliance reports, etc.)
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on benefits, deductions, and compensation changes
