About the role
The Senior Manager – Product & Lifecycle Management will lead a consolidated capability bringing together Kitting Operations and Product Support / Business Operations. The role will build a cohesive, scalable organization with strong operational delivery, stakeholder management, talent development, process integration and continuous improvement
What you'll do
- Product and lifecycle accountabilities
- Kitting and lifecycle operations
- Own service delivery for kit and component setup, bill of materials changes, revisions, activation and closure. Establish checks that keep approved product, quotation
- Coordinate new, revised and discontinued business with Product Management, planning, manufacturing, purchasing and customer-facing teams. Manage dependencies
- Lead the operational response to excess, obsolete and expiring inventory, component shortages
