About the role
The Sr Manager, Transformation, Transitions & PMO provides strategic leadership for enterprise transformation initiatives, business transitions, and program governance across Medline's Global Capability Center (GCC). This role is responsible for driving large-scale business transformation, leading complex transitions, and establishing best-in-class PMO practices that accelerate business outcomes and operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the transformation roadmap aligned with GCC and enterprise objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve operating models, processes, technology enablement, and organizational effectiveness
- Lead strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable business outcomes
- Build business cases, define value realization plans, and communicate progress to executive leadership
- Drive adoption of automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable solutions to enhance business performance
