About the role
Strategic FP&A leader driving enterprise planning, analytics, and GCC capability growth while building strong relationships and influencing global stakeholders to deliver insight-driven business outcomes. The Sr. Manager – FP&A will lead Financial Planning & Analysis within Medline’s Pune Global Capability Center, serving as a strategic finance partner to global (US and international) stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Strategic Financial Planning & Decision Support
- Lead strategic planning, AOP, and rolling forecasts aligned with enterprise priorities
- Provide forward‑looking insights, scenario analysis, and risk assessment to support business decisions

- Own enterprise monthly management reporting and variance analysis with meaningful business insights
