What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop an engineering team by setting priorities, allocating resources, managing performance, and building technical and program management capabilities
• Facilitate opportunity assessments, technical evaluations, project scoping activities
• Establish program governance, monitor milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Lead engineering documentation assessments, manufacturing drawing reviews, supplier technical evaluations, and request-for-quotation (RFQ) support activities
• Apply manufacturing engineering expertise in plastics, stamping, machining, packaging, and pressure die casting processes to support sourcing and transfer decisions
