What you'll do
- The Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) Operating Unit develops and delivers an integrated ecosystem of spinal implants, navigation and robotic guidance systems
- The Surgical Synergy portfolio combines enabling technologies and implants to help clinicians improve surgical workflow, procedural precision, and patient care
- This role is responsible for leading commercial activities across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, and Chhattisgarh
- The position is field-based and requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory to support customer engagement, business growth, team leadership
- This people leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance and market development for the Surgical Synergy (Spine) portfolio across a multi-state territory
