What you'll do
- As a key member of the EurAsia Central FP&A team, the Sr Finance Program Manager will partner across EurAsia to drive financial excellence, working capital optimization
- Working closely with Regional and Country Finance teams, Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, and Demand Planning functions, this role provides actionable insights
- The position requires strong analytical rigor with cross-functional leadership to drive sustainable improvements in operating performance, inventory health
- The individual will play a leading role in OPC and SOGL management, EurAsia IDD planning and reporting, finance transformation initiatives
- Lead OPC, SOGL, and working capital performance management
