What you'll do
- As a Sr. Principal Software Engineer with a focus on Software Engineering Capabilities, Excellence Metrics, and Patient Safety
- Be working with software teams in Cardiaovascular, Medical Surgical and Neuroscience portfolios at MEIC, and will play a key role in promoting best practices
- This is a leadership role responsible for setting and monitoring software excellence deliverables, ensuring patient safety standards
- Reports to the Director of Software Technology
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, end-users) to understand requirements and deliver solutions
