What you'll do
- The Senior Workday Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and supports Talent Management and Performance processes across the organization
- This role partners closely with Global Talent, HR, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to maintain and optimize Workday configuration, improve process efficiency
- The position plays a key role in supporting system enhancements, resolving complex issues, ensuring data integrity
- Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting configuration, support, and process optimization
- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting business processes, condition rules, notifications, questionnaires, candidate stages, disposition reasons, approval routing
