What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers delivering web, mobile, desktop, and cloud-based applications
• Manage sprint execution, backlog prioritization, task assignments, and delivery commitments across multiple projects
• Partner with Quality, Systems, Program Management, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Drive software development best practices, engineering processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support software architecture, design reviews, verification and validation activities, and technical decision-making
