About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Leadership & Behavioral Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact behavioral and leadership development programs that build the capabilities of individuals across various levels of the organization.
What you'll do
- Facilitate engaging and interactive behavioral and leadership training programs across levels, including emerging leaders, mid-level managers, and team leads
- Deliver high-impact presentations and experiential sessions using case studies, role plays, and simulations
- Create customized learning content, training decks, facilitator guides, and participant workbooks
- Develop blended learning journeys that incorporate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job learning elements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to co-design learning interventions tailored to business contexts
