About the role

As part of our legal and secretarial team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Company with your experience in secretarial matters, corporate governance, IPO readiness, M&A.. Bring your skills and passion to a collaborative environment and play a vital role in shaping the company's journey towards excellence.

What you'll do

• Own and drive the end-to-end contracting lifecycle, including drafting agreements from scratch, reviewing and redlining counterparty templates, leading negotiations
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, distribution, licensing, SaaS/technology
• Provide proactive legal advisory on new business initiatives, product launches, and strategic projects, ensuring legal and regulatory risks are identified, assessed
• Advise on corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance matters under the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws
• Support and execute corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, investments, and corporate restructurings
