About the role
The Team Lead - Integration Development is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of integration solutions that ensure seamless data exchange between Mercans’ payroll software and third-party systems such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management (WFM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), accounting platforms, tax compliance systems, and benefits providers.
