Principal Engineer-T6 at Mercedes-Benz AG. We are looking for a strong architect who combines technical depth with organizational influence. This is not a purely design-only role.
What you'll do
- Strong experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar senior architecture role
- Experience guiding multiple engineering teams in distributed delivery environments
- Define, evolve and govern solution architecture for the Azure kubernetes based ecosystem, ensuring scalability, resilience, security
- Guide architecture and operations for AKS, Azure networking, data services, observability, secrets, service mesh, storage, databases and platform automation
- Provide architectural direction for enterprise AI integration, including natural-language search, agentic capabilities, governed data access
