About the role
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative SAP EWM Business Process Analyst to support and optimize Claims & Returns (C&R) processes within our global logistics landscape. The role focuses on analyzing, designing, testing, and improving SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes supporting returns, claims handling, reverse logistics, disposition, refurbishment, and customer return fulfillment operations across Europe and Dubai.
What you'll do
- Business Process Analysis & Solution Design
- Analyze business requirements related to claims, returns, reverse logistics, and aftersales supply chain processes
- Translate business requirements into SAP EWM functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs
