What you'll do
- Implement and integrate new technologies to support and expand Salesforce Service Cloud and connected third-party applications
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud across multiple countries in APAC, ensuring regulatory and program compliance
- Provide strategic guidance on PSP matters across multiple workstreams, including SDLC, development best practices, testing methodologies, governance
- Review code developed by team members; provide mentorship and hands-on technical leadership to ensure code quality and maintainable solutions
- Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines and release management tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset); promote agile delivery frameworks to streamline releases
