What you'll do
- Coordinate technical-writing projects from planning through delivery. Prepare and update customer-facing documents like user guides, customer letters, package inserts
- Support the rebranding and standardization of user guides and other controlled content
- Identify documentation needs, follow up on open items, and communicate progress clearly
- Planning, time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Work with stakeholders across geographies to define and set priorities, deadlines, and deliverable schedules
