What you'll do
- Serve as a trusted technical expert for customers using Biomonitoring instruments across India
- Independently install, qualify, and maintain instruments at customer sites
- Diagnosing and resolving faults, using sound technical judgement to protect uptime and compliance
- Explain technical information clearly to customers and partners
- Support service growth through accurate documentation, proactive customer engagement, and sharing field expertise with the team
