What you'll do

• Drive clarity, quality, and financial discipline across a complex portfolio of digital, data, and AI-driven initiatives in a global R&D environment
• As a key member of the Project and Portfolio Management team, you will own the end-to-end coordination of project and service portfolios, translating plans
• Take full ownership of portfolio reporting, financial planning and reconciliation, and service lifecycle management
• Maintain and continuously improve the quality of portfolio records, dashboards, and governance processes, and play an active role in driving process improvements
• Your structured approach, attention to detail, and persistence in following through on open items will be central to the team's success
